Government of Canada to announce support for new health solutions initiative

The Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), will make an announcement in support of the regional capacity of Ottawa’s life sciences sector. Minister Tassi will be joined by the Honourable David McGuinty, Member of Parliament for Ottawa South, the Honourable Mona Fortier, Member of Parliament for Ottawa-Vanier, and Marie-France Lalonde, Member of Parliament for Orléans and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Defence. This investment will support the hard-working people in the health industry so they can continue to provide the care Canadians deserve.
