This module is a part of a complete MBR Scientific permit application. It must only be completed if the proposed project/program will involve taking birds into captivity for a scientific or educational purpose or the temporary possession of birds for rehabilitation purposes. A complete Scientific permit application must include the completed modules relevant to all activities that are planned to be undertaken for the project/program.
