The Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario to Announce Support for Community Economic Development in Thunder Bay

Thunder Bay, Ontario, September 7, 2016 — The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Status of Women and MP for Thunder Bay—Superior North, will join the Honourable Michael Gravelle, Ontario Minister of Northern Development and Mines, Chair of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation, and MPP for Thunder Bay—Superior North, in Thunder Bay on Thursday, September 8, 2016 for an important funding announcement in support of economic development and community infrastructure.
Ministers Hajdu and Gravelle will participate in a photo opportunity and will be available to answer questions from the media following the event.
