The Honourable Patty Hajdu to Announce Support for Advanced Research and Innovation in the Thunder Bay Region

Thunder Bay, Ontario, November 23, 2017 — The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, and Member of Parliament for Thunder Bay—Superior North, will be in Thunder Bay on November 24, 2017 to make a significant funding announcement in support of applied research in Northwestern Ontario with potential for business development and job creation.

The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, and Minister responsible for FedNor.

MP Hajdu will participate in a photo opportunity and will be available to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
