Government of Canada to make an announcement to help Northeastern Ontario businesses transition to a green economy

Sudbury, ON, March 9, 2022 —Viviane Lapointe, Member of Parliament for Sudbury, will be joined by Marc G. Serré, Member of Parliament for Nickel Belt and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Official Languages, to make an important announcement to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Northeastern Ontario transition to a low carbon economy. The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for FedNor.

The Members of Parliament and guest speakers will be available to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
