MP Terry Sheehan to announce Government of Canada investment in tourism in Algoma region and Northern Ontario

Sault Ste. Marie, ON, February 25, 2025 — Terry Sheehan, Member of Parliament for Sault Ste. Marie and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for FedNor, will announce a FedNor investment in support of the tourism industry in Algoma region and Northern Ontario on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for FedNor. MP Sheehan will be joined by City of Sault Ste. Marie Mayor Matthew Shoemaker.

MP Sheehan, Mayor Shoemaker, and event participants will be available for questions from the media following the announcement.
