Richibucto (New Brunswick) – On behalf of the Honourable Hunter Tootoo, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, Mr. Pat Finnigan, Member of Parliament for Miramichi—Grand Lake, will present the national Small Craft Harbours Prix d’Excellence to

Mr. Cyril Polchies for his significant contribution to the Richibucto Harbour Authority. As harbour authority president, he is being honored for his 14 years of service to the development of the Richibucto Harbour Authority. 

Media are invited to attend the award presentation. Photo opportunities will be available for media in attendance.
