St. John’s, NL – The Ministerial Advisory Panel is holding a public consultation meeting in St. John’s to gather public opinion on the Last In, First Out policy (LIFO) for the Northern shrimp fishery.
Dates and Times:
May 24: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
May 25: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Delta St. John’s Hotel & Conference, Bannerman 1-2, 120 New Gower St.
Anyone interested in making a presentation at the meetings must register in advance by sending an email to: RSVPlifo2016.lifoRSVP2016@dfo-mpo.gc.ca. In the subject line of the email please include: St. John’s.
Paul Sprout, Chair of the Panel, will be available to media onsite following the conclusion of the meeting on May 24.
