Membertou, Nova Scotia – Mark Eyking, MP for Sydney-Victoria, will announce on behalf of the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, major upgrades for the Canadian Coast Guard College.
