St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador - The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard and the Honourable Judy Foote, Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Member of Parliament for Bonavista-Burin-Trinity, will be in Bay de Verde to share details of the federal government’s investment into harbour facilities in Newfoundland and Labrador.
