Québec - The Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Minister of National Revenue and Member of Parliament for Gaspésie-Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, on behalf of the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, will present a national Prix d’Excellence in the category of Individual Commitment to Mr. Sylvain Gaumond, Port Warden and Member of the Harbour Authority’s executive office of the Sainte-Anne-des-Monts multipurpose harbour.
