St. John’s, NL --   On behalf of the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard,  Seamus O’Regan, Member of Parliament for St. John’s South – Mount Pearl, will announce investments for harbourside improvements at the Canadian Coast Guard Atlantic Headquarters base in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
