Closed area for shellfish harvesting - Magdalen Islands

QUEBEC CITY (Québec) - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec, wants to inform the Magdalen Islands population that the harvesting of shellfish is now forbidden due to toxicity, in accordance with the prohibition order mentioned below, and pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Management of Contaminated Fisheries Regulations, in the following shellfish area:

Plage de la Dune du Sud (A-12.1)
From the east extremity of Dune du Sud to the rest area jetty.
