Aerial surveillance North Atlantic Right Whales monitoring

Media advisory

Moncton (New Brunswick) - Fisheries and Oceans Canada is inviting media to a technical briefing about the aerial surveillance program for the protection of the North Atlantic Right Whales.

A surveillance plane will be on the ground for a visit of the aircraft and scientific equipment used on board for the detection of whales. A coordinator of the aerial surveillance program will be on site to answer questions.
