Vancouver, B.C. – The Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson and the University of British Columbia, will make an important announcement that will support the recovery of the endangered whales across Canada, including the iconic Southern Resident Killer Whale.
