Government of Canada and New Brunswick fund 26 fisheries-related projects

Backgrounder

Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the Province of New Brunswick are pleased to announce $4.2 million for 26 projects through the Atlantic Fisheries Fund.

The funding supports automation in the seafood primary processing sector of lobster, snow crab and smoked herring in New Brunswick with the adoption of new technologies and equipment to improve productivity and sustainability.
