Biographical notes - Martial Pagé

Mr. Pagé has held senior positions at Global Affairs Canada including Director General of the North America Policy Bureau; Director of the Assignments Division (Human Resources Branch); Deputy Director for the European Free Trade Association countries and Council of Europe; and Deputy Director for the Baltic States, Turkey, Cyprus and Malta.

Elsewhere in Ottawa, Mr. Pagé has held various positions at Revenue Canada, most notably as Manager of the International Relations Office. At the Privy Council Office, he served as Director of Strategic Policy and Planning in the Security and Intelligence Secretariat.

Mr. Pagé holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McGill University in Montréal (1981). His studies included a year abroad at California State University in Sacramento. He is married to Akiko Onozuka, and they have three sons.
