Parliamentary Secretary DeCourcey to attend Halifax International Security Forum

Canada is actively engaging with international partners to deliver results on major global issues.

Matt DeCourcey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced today that he will attend the ninth Halifax International Security Forum, from November 17 to 19, 2017. This will provide a valuable opportunity to showcase Canada’s contribution to international security.

At the forum, Parliamentary Secretary DeCourcey will engage with counterparts to discuss current international security and geopolitical issues, such as global terrorism, climate change, nuclear proliferation, cyber security, the promotion and protection of human rights and women, peace and security.
