Member of Parliament Emmanuel Dubourg to make announcement on improving management of and response to natural disasters

February 19, 2018 - On behalf of the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, Emmanuel Dubourg, Member of Parliament for Bourassa, will make an announcement on support for the United Nations Development Program. Funding will go to the implementation of a project aiming to strengthen Haiti’s national systems to improve the management of and response to natural disasters.
