Event: Council on Foreign Relations Panel Discussion followed by a Question & Answer Session
Time: 07:45 a.m.
Location: Peter G. Peterson Hall, 1st Floor, Council on Foreign Relations
Description: Minister Freeland will participate alongside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and International Trade Diversification Minister Jim Carr in a discussion on Canada’s global outlook, including the government’s perspective on the future of multilateralism, the importance of economic growth that benefits everyone, gender equality and women’s empowerment, fighting climate change, and restoring confidence in democratic and international institutions.
