The Honourable Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and Vice President of the Commission (HRVP), will co-host the Women Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on September 21 and 22, 2018, in Montréal, Quebec.
