Itinerary for Foreign Affairs Minister for Wednesday, October 24, 2018

October 23, 2018 - The Honourable Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will participate in a round table with members of Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Québec [Quebec manufacturers and exporters] to discuss the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). The Minister will then tour the Novatech factory in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, and meet with workers. At noon, she will join representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal at a working lunch where she will brief business leaders on the new North American trade deal.
