Shahrzad Rafati is a Persian Canadian entrepreneur who founded and leads the global digital company, Broadband TV. A graduate of The University of British Columbia, Shahrzad entered the digital entertainment industry at the onset of its revolution, growing it to become the third largest video property globally.
