Minister Monsef to make funding announcement for women’s rights and gender equality in Canada and internationally

May 31, 2019 – The Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of International Development and Minister for Women and Gender Equality, will launch new initiatives to leverage public, philanthropic and private funding for women’s rights organizations in Canada and abroad. This funding will make Canada the leading donor for women’s rights and gender equality globally.
