Parliamentary Secretary Joël Lightbound and Québec International announce CanExport Investments in Quebec City

May 29, 2019 – Joël Lightbound, Member of Parliament for Louis-Hébert and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance, and Ms. Line Lagacé, Vice-President – Business Growth and Foreign Investment, at Québec International, will make an announcement regarding the CanExport Community Investments (CECI) program, in Quebec City.

Mr. Rémy Normand, Vice-President of Quebec City’s executive committee, will also attend the press conference.

The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Jim Carr, Minister of International Trade Diversification.
