Minister of Foreign Affairs speaks with his Ukrainian counterpart

Today, the Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Foreign Affairs, spoke with Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister for Foreign Affairs.

The ministers underscored the shared values and steadfast relationship between Canada and Ukraine. They reiterated the importance of ongoing cooperation in the International Coordination and Response Group for the victims of Flight PS752.

Minister Garneau highlighted Canada’s continued commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, that we will continue to support Ukraine’s reform efforts and are committed to working together toward building a more secure and prosperous future for Ukraine.
