Minister Ng to discuss impact of COVID-19 on women at the Economic Club of New York’s Women in Business Forum 

March 10, 2021 – The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade, will participate in the ministers’ panel at the Women in Business Forum, hosted by the Economic Club of New York.

Minister Ng will kick-off the conference, along with Elisabeth Moreno, France’s Minister of Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunity. Minister Ng will discuss the disproportionate impact of the pandemic on women in the workforce, and the actions taken by the Canadian and French governments to support those impacted.
