Itinerary: Minister Ng to visit Mexico City

July 6, 2021 - The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade, will join Tatiana Clouthier Carrillo, Mexico’s Secretary of Economy, and Katherine Tai, United States Trade Representative, in Mexico City from July 7 to 8, 2021, to mark the first anniversary of the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) and to discuss opportunities to ensure the long-term growth and competitiveness of all 3 economies in their shared recovery from the pandemic.

Wednesday, July 7

On Wednesday, July 7, Minister Ng will meet with stakeholders and hold private CUSMA meetings throughout the day. Events open to the media are below.

Event: Opening day remarks and photo spray with representatives from the United States and Mexico
Time: 10 am to 10:30 am CT (11 to 11:30 am ET)
