Announcement of new diplomatic appointments

August 10, 2022 - Ottawa, Ontario - Global Affairs Canada

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments:

David Da Silva becomes Representative to the Palestinian Authority. Mr. Da Silva replaces Robin Wettlaufer.

Louis Marcotte becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Peru. Mr. Marcotte replaces Ralph Jansen.
