Announcement of new diplomatic appointments

September 2, 2022 - Ottawa, Ontario - Global Affairs Canada

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments:

Lorraine Anderson becomes High Commissioner in the Republic of Cameroon.  Ms. Anderson replaces Richard Bale.

Colin Bird becomes Consul General in Detroit (United States of America). Mr. Bird replaces Joe Comartin.

Sylvia Cesaratto becomes Consul General in Miami (United States of America). Ms. Cesaratto replaces Susan Harper.

Susan Harper becomes Consul General in Dallas (United States of America). Ms. Harper replaces Rachel McCormick.

Isabelle Martin becomes Ambassador to the State of Qatar. Ms. Martin replaces Stefanie McCollum.

Kyle Nunas becomes High Commissioner in the United Republic of Tanzania. Mr. Nunas replaces Pamela O’Donnell.

Radha Krishna Panday becomes Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Panday replaces Marcy Grossman.
