Minister Anand to give a keynote speech at the Conference on Defence and Security

March 2, 2026 - The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will deliver the opening keynote speech at the 94^th edition of the Ottawa Conference on Defence and Security. The theme for this year’s agenda is “The road to five per cent”.
