The G7 AI Solution Directory acts as central location from which to find open-source and shareable AI solutions hosted by governments of G7 countries and the EU. This directory fulfills the commitment made in the G7 Leaders’ Statement on AI for Prosperity.

Directory of AI solutions

The Government of Canada AI Register collects information about AI systems that are or have been in use within the GC. This product is an early version used to engage partners and the public on the content and features that future versions should include.

Public Sector Tech Watch is the European Commission Observatory dedicated to monitoring, analyzing and disseminating the use of emerging technologies (for example, blockchain, artificial intelligence) within the public sector in Europe.

AI on Demand gathers information on AI tools, data sets, use cases and services, both for research and industry from different sectors, including the public sector. This information is uploaded by the users of the platform.

A catalogue of “emblematic” AI solutions (meaning solutions that address general, widely adopted public sector use cases) is currently under development. This catalogue will showcase AI tools developed by the public sector for the public sector and sometimes for citizens.

What does the directory contain?

The directory includes links and high-level details on AI catalogues published by G7 nations. These catalogues will contain different levels of information based on how the individual country has chosen to track this information.

This directory will continue to be populated as G7 countries establish AI catalogues.
