Minister Saks:
Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme is “Mental health is a universal human right.”
There can be no health without mental health.

Minister Holland:
Increasing access to a range of mental health and substance use services through a compassionate and human approach is central to our plan to strengthen health care.

Minister Saks:
We all need support to take care of our own mental health and to help those around us.
We are working on ensuring that mental health care is treated as a full and equal part of our universal health care system.

Minister Saks:
Mental health matters. And on World Mental Health Day and all year long, Minister Holland and I encourage everyone to keep talking about mental health, how we need to look after it and how important it is to know when to get help.

There is no health without mental health.
