Science Minister Duncan Keynote Speaker at OECD Blue Sky Forum

Ottawa, September 16, 2016—The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science, will be the keynote speaker at the OECD Blue Sky Forum on Science and Innovation Indicators in Ghent, Belgium, on Monday, September 19.
The Forum engages the science and innovation policy community, data providers and data users in an open dialogue to review and develop a long‑term agenda on science, technology and innovation data and indicators.
Minister Duncan will discuss the government's commitment to evidence‑based decision making and talk about the important role data providers and users play in the making of public policy.
