Minister Mihychuk to celebrate support for top science researchers at the University of Manitoba

Winnipeg, Manitoba, December 8, 2016—The Honourable MaryAnn Mihychuk, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, on behalf of the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science, will celebrate support for science research and innovation at the University of Manitoba. This support will help increase knowledge in all scientific disciplines, providing the evidence necessary to make sound policy decisions that benefit Canadians and grow the middle class.
Following the announcement, Minister Mihychuk will tour the Ultra-Clean Trace Elements Laboratory. Media are invited to join the tour.
