Computers for Schools program to celebrate major milestone

Ottawa, September 28, 2017—The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, and Sven Spengemann, Member of Parliament for Mississauga–Lakeshore, will celebrate a major milestone in the Computers for Schools (CFS) program.
CFS provides Canadian schools, libraries, non-profit organizations and Indigenous communities with refurbished donated computers. This helps give them the tools they need to learn the digital skills that are essential for well-paying jobs in today’s digital economy.
