Minister Bains to meet with Quebec business leaders and make major clean tech announcement with Minister McKenna

Ottawa, January 17, 2018—The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will attend three separate events in and around Montréal tomorrow.
Minister Bains will first participate in an event hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, joining its president and CEO Michel Leblanc for a discussion on the Government’s Innovation and Skills Plan and economic development in Montréal.

After the announcement, Minister Bains will proceed to an event organized by the Chambre de commerce et de l’industrie du Haut-Richelieu, where he will discuss innovation and economic development in Quebec.
