Minister Bains to announce funding to create middle-class jobs in Quebec’s advanced manufacturing sector

Ottawa, Ontario, June 27, 2018—The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will announce a significant investment under the government’s Strategic Innovation Fund. Minister Bains will be joined by the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie and Member of Parliament for Compton–Stanstead.
This announcement will support the creation of middle-class jobs in Quebec as well as innovation in Canada’s advanced manufacturing industry.
