Cancellation: Minister of Science and Sport to announce investments in interior B.C.’s innovators and researchers of the future

Ottawa, Ontario, August 19, 2018—Please note that due to the ongoing wildfires, these events are postponed to a later date –
The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will be in Kamloops and Vernon to announce local recipients of funding through the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s PromoScience Program.  

The program supports science outreach to young Canadians that aims to educate and inspire the next generation of innovators.
