Minister Champagne to visit the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières to highlight Canada 150 Research Chair

Trois-Rivières, Quebec, October 25, 2018—The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, will be at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières on behalf of the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, to highlight the university’s new Canada 150 Research Chair. The Canada 150 Research Chairs Program was designed to attract top international research talent to Canada, including expatriate Canadian scientists and scholars.
Minister Champagne will be available for questions from the media following the announcement.
