Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, October 29, 2018—The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Tourism, Official Languages and La Francophonie, will be discussing the importance of Indigenous tourism in Canada with Keith Henry, President and CEO of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC).
Canada offers iconic, unique and share-worthy experiences that celebrate the diversity of our cultures and people. This discussion is an opportunity to talk about the growth of Canada’s Indigenous tourism sector and the recent successes in marketing unique Indigenous experiences as part of the Canada-China Year of Tourism.
The event will be open to media.
