Government of Canada announces support for some of Canada’s brightest emerging researchers

May 15, 2019, Kingston, Ontario — The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will be at Queen’s University to announce this year’s recipients of the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship. These awards will help train some of the brightest doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows and will strengthen Canada’s ability to attract and retain world-class research talent.
