Minister Carr to discuss Early Learning, Childcare and Budget 2021

Winnipeg, Manitoba – April 20, 2021 – Media representatives are advised that the Special Representative for the Prairies, the Honourable Jim Carr, will speak to the 2021 Budget and the Government of Canada’s plan to make a transformative investment to build a Canada-wide early learning and child care system at a virtual event.
