Privacy Notice Statement
The purpose of collecting your personal information (name and email address) is to follow up with you to discuss your experiences with interprovincial trade in order to help identify trade barriers and inform solutions.
All information provided is on a voluntary basis.
Your privacy is very important to us. The information you provide in this form is collected and used only according to strict rules that preserve your right to privacy under the Privacy Act and will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to the correction of, access to, and protection of your personal information. See the Policy on Privacy Protection for more information. The information collected is described under the standard Personal Information Bank: Public Communications PSU 914.
The information will be retained for a minimum of two years, stored on the Privy Council Office’s (PCO) secure network, and accessed by PCO’s Internal Trade team. The information will then be disposed of in accordance with the departmental disposition standards.
