Feedback mechanism
Library and Archives Canada wants your feedback
Following the release of Library and Archives Canada’s (LAC’s) Accessibility Plan, Canadians can share their feedback on barriers to accessibility identified in the plan or in their interactions with LAC.
Whether the feedback is about barriers to accessibility or the implementation of the plan, whether it is positive or critical, general or specific, long or short, anonymous or not, we want to hear from you in terms of identifying, removing and preventing new barriers.
Using this feedback process, you can also request a copy of our Accessibility Plan in alternative formats, such as hard copy, large print, audio, braille or other electronic format for adaptive technologies.
What we will do with the feedback received
We will consider the comments received to make the necessary adjustments in LAC’s periodic reviews of our Accessibility Plan and our feedback process.
The feedback we receive and how it will be considered will be included in our annual progress reports.
