Have Your Say on the Proposed NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. Expansion Project

OTTAWA – The Government of Canada today received the National Energy Board’s recommendation report for the proposed 2017 NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. System Expansion Project.

Canadians are invited to provide comments on the proposed project through an online questionnaire launched today by the Government of Canada and available until August 1, 2016. The questionnaire will allow Canadians, including Indigenous peoples and those possibly impacted by the proposed project, to provide their views on this project.

The views collected will help inform the Government of Canada’s decision on the proposed project.
