October 31, 2003OTTAWA – Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada, will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa and deliver a keynote address during the fall convocation ceremony on Sunday, November 2, 2003 at 2:30 p.m. in the Southam Hall at the National Arts Centre.One of Canada 's top research universities, the University of Ottawa offers a comprehensive range of programs in both of Canada 's official languages.
