> Media advisory: Minister Whelan to discuss gender equality in developing countries at Windsor Rotary Club Friday, November 7, 2003FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEOttawa – The Honourable Susan Whelan, Minister for International Cooperation, will discuss the Canadian International Development Agency's support for gender equality in developing countries at a luncheon of the Rotary Club of Windsor on Monday, November 10.During the event, a special presentation of a Paul Harris Fellowship will be made to Minister Whelan, to recognize her key role in facilitating the partnership between CIDA and Canadian Rotarians in support of polio eradication initiatives.The Rotary Club of Windsor was established in 1918 and operates through Rotary International.
