His Excellency John Ralston Saul to speak to high-school students in Saint John

December 8, 2003 OTTAWA – His Excellency John Ralston Saul will address about 200 high-school students from Saint John on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at 9:30 a.m., at École Millidgeville School North. The emphasis of His Excellency's speech will be on the importance of bilingual education in the preparation of becoming citizens fully participating in their society.
