Marc Garneau, President of the Canadian Space Agency as well as invited speakers Dr. Mehran Anvari, Director of the Center for Minimal Access Surgery, and Colonel Richard Reaser, Chief Engineer of the Navstar Global Positioning System Office (GPS), will also be on hand to launch the conference.
